It's a girl!!

So, for those of you that don't know...Robert and I are expecting a new bundle of joy this October. We found out it is a girl this past week. Emilee is so excited. She has been telling us all along that it is a girl. For a while she was telling us that we should name the baby "sister". On the way home from the ultrasound she came up with the name "Sasha". I still don't know where she heard that name, but she is determined that her sister will be named Sasha. We'll have to see about that.

I have not been able to update this site until now because we took a surprise trip to Utah. My father-in-laws birthday was this past Saturday. We flew into the SLC airport Saturday afternoon and went straight to the bridal shower for Cindy Coleby and the baby shower for Angela Bell. After the shower we met Robert's family at a restaurant to celebrate Robert's fathers birthday. They were already seated. Robert's Dad was quite surprised to see us join him at the table. We gave him a picture of the ultrasound as part of his birthday present.

We've had some fun here in Utah. We went up to Park City yesterday. It is so beautiful up there. We did some shopping at the outlet malls....and spent too much money. Robert flies back home today. He wants to save some of his vacation time for when the baby comes. The kids and I will fly back home in another 10 days with my parents. My Mom was complaining that we brought the heat up here with us from Arizona. It was only 80 degrees yesterday. They don't know what heat is here in Utah.
