Alyssa turned the big 1 today (Friday). It was sort of a crazy day because Emilee had a short day of school due to parent teacher conferences. So there was a lot of going to and from the school today. Luckily the weather has started cooling off. We are now in the low 90's. A couple weeks ago Emilee told me that she knew that Alyssa would be turning one this month, but she wanted to know when she would be 12 months old. Kids says the funniest things.

Cute cake! It is hard to believe our babies are getting so old. Happy Birthday Alyssa.
